Upgrade To Fun
Improve your mood by adding a little fun into every day. Improve your memory by reducing stress in your life. Improve your life by living it and not just existing.
Take a few minutes now to stop what you’re doing and just have fun. It doesn’t have to take a long time. It doesn’t have to take over your day. Just dance, sing, laugh, act like a child or do something that makes you happy.
What fun things did you do today?

Elevate Your Life
Routines are a good way to stay focused. But don’t get so caught up in your daily routine that you forget to have fun.
Go to your calendar and schedule an appointment to have fun every day. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy or even take a long time. Make a date with yourself to dance to your favorite song. That takes less than five minutes. Make a date with friends to video chat. Read a book that transforms you to another time or place. Smile. Laugh. Have fun. It’s good for your health, it’s good for your soul, and it elevates your mood.

Live Your Life
Walt Disney talks about dreams really coming true. Do you think he sat back and waited for his dreams to come to him? No. He went out and made his dreams a reality. You can do that, too. Stop making excuses and live the life you’ve always wanted.
Don’t sit there waiting for your dreams to come true; they never will. Get up and make it happen. Live the life you were meant to live. Have fun and be happy. That’s what life’s all about!

Add Fun
Your life is so busy that you can’t remember the last time you just had fun. You are an adult now, so playing isn’t an option. You need to be focused on your goals and the goals other people are expecting you to accomplish. Right?
Wrong! Adding a little fun into your life every day is important for your mind, body, and soul. Fun gives your mind a break, raises your serotonin levels to decrease anxiety, and gives you a connection to the world around you.
Today take a “me” day and do something fun. Better yet, add a little fun into each and every day.

You Are A Superhero
We all have a super power. Spend today thinking about what your super power is and what you can do with that power. What is your superhero name? Where do you you see yourself making a difference? What would you be doing?
