Build fun into your life. 

It’s important for your mood, your family, and your happiness. 

 

Do you make a list for every situation in your life?  If you have lists and make plans, do you actually do the things on your list?  Some people are so busy making lists they don’t have enough time to do the things they put on their lists.  Other people are so busy trying to check off their daily tasks, they forget to have fun.

 

When you look at the lists you’ve made, you will see your goals, your dreams and all the crap you feel you should be doing.  However, will you see anything fun on those lists?

If you were to make a list of nothing but fun things to do, what would be on it?  Write that list now and post it somewhere you will see it every day.  Make sure that you do at least one activity on that list each week (more is better.)  It is so important to include fun in your life.

 

Having fun is good for your health, it boosts your mood, and it raises your serotonin levels which reduces anxiety.  Smile more, laugh often, and have fun every day!
