Letting Go

Letting Go.png

Making plans has always been my thing.  I have lists for everything!  In the past I have found that once the plans are made, I would get distracted and some of my lists were forgotten.

Each year I would say that this year would be different.  I was convinced that my lack of completing the tasks was because of the circumstances.  I wasn’t taking responsibility for my part in not finishing them.

I have learned to figure out which tasks were my passions, which were just tasks, and which tasks I could let go.

Once I learned that it was okay to let go of things that didn’t serve me, I felt so free and light!  I found that I actually did have more time to do the things that brought me joy.  The rest were tasks that could be broken down into tiny, bite-sized tasks that I could complete without putting in too much thought.

This year my goal is to help other people discover how to make those changes work for them.
